Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my Fibre service?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your service through the Webafrica customer zone. Cancellations require one calendar month?s notice, and you may need to return your router or pay for it if it was provided for free.

What happens after my Fibre is installed?

Webafrica will send you a pre-configured router. Just plug it in to get started. If you don?t receive it within 3 days, contact Webafrica for assistance.

Does unused data rollover on capped Fibre accounts?

Unused monthly data does not rollover. However, top-up data on capped packages does rollover until it?s fully used.

How do I set up my router using PPPoE?

Connect to the router via WiFi or Ethernet, access the router?s interface through your web browser, and enter the PPPoE username and password provided in your customer zone. Save the settings and test your connection.

What is the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for Fibre?

The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is designed to ensure all customers have a fair and consistent experience. It may limit the speed or usage for heavy users to prevent network congestion.

What line speed should I get?

Choosing the right line speed depends on your internet usage. For basic tasks like emailing and browsing, a 10 Mbps line might suffice. For streaming and multiple users, consider 20-50 Mbps. Heavy users who stream in HD or game online may need 100 Mbps or more.
